Hello! I'm very interested in vegan philosophy to save the animals and the planet but I'm not vegetarian yet because my parents don't let me. I read a lot of imformation about vegetarianism and veganism, so when I'm 18 (only 1 year) I'll be vegetarian. I'm making a progressive change in my life. I want to ask you a question. How you get the vitamin (B12)? I hope You understand my english because I'm from Spain. Thanks you.
Hi! Sorry for the late reply. It is excellent that you want to make a change towards Veganism for the animals and the planet. You will do brilliant I am sure! To make sure you get enough vitamin B12, just make sure you drink the soya milk which has added B12 along with other vitamins and calcium (read the ingredients and it will say). You could also just take a B12 supplement which is perfectly good for you. That is all you need to do! I wish you all the luck for your change towards Veganism! :) Take care.
